Comment: Here is an interesting article about the "Schloß Rüppur": https://ka.stadtwiki.net/Schloss_R%C3%BCppurr
Rüppurr Castle, with the stately castle and the associated farm buildings, roughly encompassed the area of today's parking lot between Herrenalber Strasse and Rastatter Strasse behind the police station. In addition, there was the mill at Rastatter Straße 14/16 as well as several inns and cottages-like buildings. The castle belonged to the lords of Rüppurr, an old noble family. The Rüppurrer farmers had to do labor services for these landlords.Wikipedia
In 1593 the Margrave Ernst Friedrich von Baden-Durlach acquired the castle and village of Rüppurr. In 1762 the castle was torn down and most of the farm buildings were integrated into the under Grand Duke Karl Friedrich chamber
property created . The former dairy at Rastatter Straße 17 is the only
building that has been preserved today. It is also known as the “Red
House” because of the way it is painted. The mill building at Rastatter
Straße 16, which still exists today, dates from the 18th century.Wipedia

Parents: Friedrich Negelin, the local citizen, innkeeper at the Bear Tavern, and master butcher, and his wife, Jacobina, née Bitrolfin.
Baptismal sponsors: Jacob Negelin, the local unmarried "Wirth" to the Prince Friedrich, [and] his [intended] bride Maria Catharina "Cammerin", legitimate unmarried citizen's daughter in Liedolsheim. Wendel Scholl, the local citizen, [and] his wife Augusta, née Raicherin. Elisabetha, née Thennin, wife of Georg Friedrich Bitrolf, the citizen and miller at Rüppur [Karlsruhe-Rüppurr].
Right-column: + [died].
Comments: Regarding the first baptismal sponsors Jacob Negelin and Maria Catharina Cammerer, both are identified as unmarried, so I added the word [intended] before "bride" as it appears they are not yet married.
The word "Wirth" has several meanings: innkeeper; landlord; farmer. Since it appears that Jacob Negelin was in the employ of Prince Friedrich, further research would be required to know exactly which meaninng is applicable here.
Karlsruhe-Rüppurr is located approximately 11 miles slightly southwest of Graben: https://www.meyersgaz.org/place/10933072
