Kent, I saw your list of Wirtshäuser = Inns in Graben; a respectable collection! Yes, these inns were quite important institutions in the villages, and to a certain degree still are.
Regarding the Straußwirth I have one comment. Note that a Straußwirtschaft has a very specific meaning particularly in the south German wine growing areas. It means a simple tavern that is driven by the winegrowers themselves for selling their own wine and simple dishes. It opens only temporarily. In the 4th entry the last witness, Anna Maria Waibbin/Waiblin is identified as a "Schonnen Wirthin"
In the 6th entry, the last two witnesses are Johann Georg Waibel, butcher and "Schonnenwirth" with his wife Anna Maria, who is the same witness as Anna Maria in the 4th entry.
What is the definition of the occupation "Schonnen Wirth/Schonnenwirth"?

The entry in the last row I could also read as "Schwanenwirth", which is a not too uncommon designation in church books (innkeeper for the "Gasthaus Zum Schwanen").
The occupation for Anna Maria in row 4 is difficult to read, but as her surname seems to be Waiblin which is the female form of Waibel, Anna Maria may be the wife of Johann Georg Waibel in row 6, and together they are possibly the innkeepers of "Zum Schwanen".

Robert is quite right that this is another "Gasthaus" in Graben: the "inn at the sign of the (small) horse". Ross is an older German term for English "horse" (both words have probably the same germanic root). Rösslein/Rößlein (sometimes also Rössel) is the diminutive form = a small horse. It was a rather common name for a Gasthaus. Some are still existing, here an example: https://www.gasthaus-tritschler.de/
Obviously there was an owner's change in Graben between 1726 and 1736 from Christoph Keller to Hans Georg Hörner.

I think the time of the baptism would be 9:00 am, after the sermon, rather than 9:00 pm.
Hanß Martin Zwecker's father's first name could be: Christian or Christoff/Christoph, etc. It's possible that his father's occupation "Schwan___würth" means he is an innkeeper at the sign of the swan(s). But I am not certain because I can't decipher the complete word.

Remarks: This is quite a collection of dignitaries! I "translated" Hfrr as Herr; and KichenRath as church councilor. Note that also their wifes have the title Frau = Mrs., in contrast to 'normal' entries where only their name is given. Note also that in this entry the baptismal sponsors are called in Latin Compatres instead of the usual Gevattern.

My Comments:
It is striking that two of the sponsors have the same name and the same occupation (pastor). I suspect that these are father and son. You state that the mother Eva Christina, Johann Friederich Roller's wife, also is born Lindemann. So probably we have here another case where husband, father and brother are pastors.
Note that for the pastors the title is H[err] and their spouses are called in Latin uxor, whereas for the third sponsor there is no Herr and his spouse is the usual Ehefrau = wife.
The occupation of Johann Georg Krüger is in German Weißbeker, literally white baker, meaning that he produced bread and cake from white flour (wheat).
Bettberg is about 100 km further south.
It seems that the year of birth is 1725, but there are some peculiarities: the birth date given is 25. December, but the immediately preceding entries are for January to April only. There is a remark under the name which I cannot interpret fully; It seems to say something about the following pages/entries. Maybe a good idea to check how the list continues on the next page.

Johann Friedrich Stein (1705-1770) was a prominent theologian in Baden. In the internet I found a reference to a book in German (Geschichte der Evangelischen Kirche in Baden Bd. 2 = History of the evangelican church in Baden vol. 2 ) which details some of his accomplishments.
