I read Maschwanden, which is the community south of Obfelden and Ottenbach, Canton of Zurich (see map of Knonauer Amt enclosed.
So Jonanens was residing in Maschwanden, but still citizen of Ottenbach ...
Schwanden means the land was gain by pealing the trees so they would dry out and can be burned.
Mano is a German first name, so it was an Allemanic guy that concquered that land (forest) in about 700 to 800 after Christ

Maschwanden is 3.7 miles south of Ottenbach. Dr Hegetschweiler was the district doctor and as such
could have delivered her out of town. He must have owned a horse. Now I need to see who lived in Maschwanden to provide a reason for Susanna Jenta to
have her child there. One question just leads to another. The quest is never-ending.
