Roger Beitler was born on 24 May 1935 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California, USA to Harry and Agnes Beitler near Elysian Park CA. He graduated from John Marshall High School in Los Angeles. Roger married Catherine Carr 16 Jun 1962 in the Los Angeles, California LDS temple. They later divorced and Roger remarried. Catherine went to school, remarried and moved out of the area. Roger was a Mission President in Brazil for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints beginning in 1975 - 1979. He practiced law in Los Angeles from 1967 to 1995 when he was disbarred. Roger died of a heart attack on 21 January 1997 in Los Angeles, while driving a car which swerved off the road. No one was hurt but Roger was found dead behind the wheel. He was buried in January 1997 in Walker Cemetery, Ogden, Weber, Utah, USA.

It having been reported to the Court that Roger Beitler, of Sun City, California, has been disbarred from the practice of law by the Supreme Court of California and this Court by order of February 27, 1995, having suspended the said Roger Beitler from the practice of law in this Court and directed that a rule issue requiring him to show cause why he should not be disbarred;
And it appearing that the said rule was duly issued and served upon the respondent and that the time to file a response has expired;
It is ordered that the said Roger Beitler be disbarred from the practice of law in this Court and that his name be stricken from the roll of attorneys admitted to practice before the Bar of this Court.
