He was born April 22, 1970 in Ogden Utah to Timothy Lee Davis and Denise Frisbey Davis. Sean was preceded in death by his father, Timothy, at a far too early age. His mother married Robin Lung and it didn’t take long for Sean and Robin to form a bond. Sean grew up in Modesto California.
He and his family eventually made Utah their home, where he met the love of his life Janice Gardiner. He and Janice immediately became two souls intertwined in one. Their love was unstoppable. Though the time they had together was cut short, Janice and Sean were married nineteen years; living and loving life to the fullest, enjoying their six children and many grandchildren. Everyone who knew Sean knew how much family meant to him. Along with loving his family unconditionally.
Sean was one of the few people who truly enjoyed his work. He was a driver and then a dispatcher at Swift Transportation. He also spent time delivering pizza for Papa Johns. His coworkers quickly became his friends. You didn’t need to know him long to fall in love with his jovial personality.
He attended school at Weber State University where he quickly found his place with the NONTRAD student group.
Sean was a diehard NASCAR fan. His love for #48 Jimmy Johnson was only paralleled by his love of football and the San Francisco 49ers. Many of Sean’s hobbies revolved around the outdoors. When he wasn’t at work, you could find him fishing, camping, playing a round of horseshoes, Can Jam, or at the barbeque grill. He loved connecting with his Xbox Live friends on line for a round of gaming. Sean was an avid member of the Wasatch Front Mopars car club where he made lasting friendships.
Sean is survived in death by his loving wife Janice Davis, their children Kyle Davis, Lisa Morgan (Gary Morgan), David Sekulich, Kristi Edelman (Casey Edelman), Dan Sekulich and Kallie Sekulich; his grandchildren Isabella Morgan, Ivan, Aidan, Kya and Nikolai Sekulich, Taeler and Jordan Welch, Carter and Masen Edelman; his grandfather Everett Davis (Nelleen Davis), his parents Robin and Denise Lung, his sister Lisa Scrip (Aron Scrip), niece Amanda and nephew Timothy Scrip, and his uncle Pat Davis (Cathy Davis).
