There is a document from the government history archives in Nova Scotia that lists the relationships, I just am not sure how accurate they are. For example, it says Duncan Cameron married his wife in 1866, but their first child was born in 1843. So I think that is wrong. I can't find any info on his father Hugh in Scotland (of course there are many Camerons), and the birth dates of their sons seem really far apart. Maybe incorrect or there are other children.
