Jacqueline (Jackie) Hansen Kuepper, born August 24, 1924, one of six children born to Arnold and Leora Hansen in Bear River City, Utah. Married Dale Kemp, divorced. Married John Kuepper October 22, 1947. He passed away on October 13, 1999 from brain cancer.
Mama loved life and the outdoors. She loved her flowers which grew in abundance around her house of 50 years. She grew her own vegetables and had a great heart for sharing. She became a partner in J.H. Kuepper Striping with her husband and traveled all over the world with him and her two dearest friends, Dorothy Bangerter and Inez Simons.
The Lord took a beautiful woman and grand lady, with a brave heart and soul, to be near him. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
Mama is survived by her husband of 52 years, John; sons, Steven (Susan) Kemp, Logan, Michael (Judy) Kuepper, Bountiful, Utah; two sisters, Vaudys (Ted) Burt, Mary Hansen; two brothers, Ted (Jan) Hansen, Lon Hansen; nine grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Uarda and granddaughter, Andrea. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 16, 1999 at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary Chapel, 3401 South Highland Drive. Family and friends may call from 12-1:45 p.m., prior to services.
