 Standard-Examiner (Ogden, UT) - February 28, 2006 Deceased Name: Dorothy Stone Burbidge Dorothy Stone Burbidge Dorothy Stone Burbidge passed away of natural causes February 24, 2006 at the age of 89. She was born June 4, 1916 in Ogden, Utah the daughter of William Archibald and Mary Louise Robinson Stone. On October 25, 1941 she married William Edward Burbidge in Evanston, Wyoming. They were married 64 wonderful years. In September 1939, Dorothy graduated from the Dee Memorial Hospital. She was active in nursing until 1971. Surviving are her husband, William E. Burbidge, two sons, Brent K. Burbidge of Paulsbo, WA., James William (Bill) Burbidge of Clinton; One daughter Linda (Larry) Jorgensen of Ogden. She had eleven grandchildren, seventeen great-grand children, and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by two brothers, Brent Scott and Lynn Scott of S.L.C; Two sisters, Bonnie Maruri, and Lue Hinchcliff both of Ogden. Following cremation, Graveside services will be held at the Ogden City Cemetery on Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at 3 p.m. directed by Leavitt's Mortuary.
